Former MLB star Matt Holliday has put his stunning, custom-built $12million Oklahoma mansion up for sale.

Holliday, who won the 2011 World Series with the St. Louis Cardinals, is preparing to part ways with the property which was constructed back in 2022.

The former left fielder bought the land for just $3million at the time and went on to construct the gorgeous five-bed, six-bath property in his hometown of Stillwater.

The mansion, which has been listed by Wyatt Poindexter – The Agency, is ideal for any sport enthusiast given the impressive features which the home boasts.

Included on the property is a full indoor pickleball court, an indoor basketball court, professional batting cages and a baseball field.

There is also a two-level swimming pool featuring a waterfall which cost $2million alone, as well as a gym, a putting green and a tennis court on the 136-acre property.

Away from the property’s impressive sports facilities, however, Holliday’s home also includes a guest house, a large barn and a four-car garage.

Furthermore, there is also an impressive hot tub, an outdoor kitchen and fancy patios.

Moving inside, the Oklahoma mansion features approximately $3million worth of custom furniture which decorate the stunning interior of the property.

The main kitchen, living room and hallways are all filled with custom furnishings and a hardwood finish that bring the bespoke mansion to life.

‘Designer elements such as Gucci wallpaper and refined architectural detailing’, as per the listing, help the property stand out from the rest.

Though the home boasts a stunning $12million price-tag, Holliday also spoke about the sentimental value which the mansion holds.

‘One of the things I’ve loved most about this home is the opportunity it has given us to gather people together,’ said Holliday to FOX 2 via The Agency.

‘Some of our favorite memories here revolve around hosting college students and professional athletes for meals, conversation, and meaningful fellowship.

‘The layout and warmth of the space make it so easy to bring people around the table, linger a little longer, and truly connect.

‘There’s something special about a home that naturally invites community, and this one has been the backdrop for so many unforgettable evenings, shared stories, and lasting relationships.’

Holliday retired from Major League Baseball back in 2018 and went on to join the Oklahoma State college baseball coaching staff just one year later.

He won the 2011 World Series with the Cardinals and was a seven-time All Star.
