Tom Brady confidant Alex Guerrero is becoming a source of frustration for Las Vegas Raiders players and coaches, an explosive new report has claimed.
The Raiders are facing a crucial offseason after their nightmare 3-14 campaign under head coach Pete Carroll, who has already been fired and replaced by Klint Kubiak.
There are still a number of issues for the team to iron out ahead of the 2026 season, including the future of star defensive end Maxx Crosby.
Crosby is at the center of intense trade speculation after being shut down for their final two games of 2025 seemingly against his will, despite then-coach Carroll insisting he was injured.
The five-time Pro Bowler has publicly expressed his desire to leave Las Vegas this offseason, and according to The Athletic, the presence of health guru Guerrero at their facilities is one of the reasons he is unhappy.
Brady’s longtime ally, a practitioner of alternative medicine who has worked with his TB12 program over the years, was hired by his close friend as the Raiders’ wellness coordinator back in August.

Maxx Crosby (No. 98) is said to be particularly irritated by the frequent presence of Guerrero
He is said to ‘regularly attend practices and meetings’ in Sin City while ‘informing players of impending transactions and even indicating to staff members who don’t follow his instructions that their jobs may be at risk.’
‘Like many players and coaches, Crosby was frustrated by the presence of Alex Guerrero,’ The Athletic’s Mike Silver claimed.
He is ‘perceived to have a direct pipeline’ to Brady which limits the NFL legend’s in-person presence at the facilities, Silver added.
Guerrero once infamously clashed with Bill Belichick during Brady’s iconic spell with the New England Patriots.
The Boston Globe reported that Belichick revoked his credentials and on-field clearance back in 2017 amid a dispute with his quarterback’s right-hand man.
Crosby is widely expected to be traded by the Raiders this offseason after going public with his desire to leave the franchise.
The 28-year-old has established himself as one of the NFL’s most exciting defensive players since being drafted 106th overall by the Raiders in 2019.

Back in March 2025, he signed a three-year, $106.5million contract with Las Vegas – which includes $91.5m guaranteed and an average annual salary of $35.5m.
The Dallas Cowboys, Chicago Bears, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, Philadelphia Eagles and Los Angeles Rams are reportedly all ‘keeping tabs on his availability.’
Crosby has become a key player in Las Vegas and reports have suggested that he has a ‘good working relationship’ with general manager John Spytek.
However, he wants to be on a winning team and the Raiders are starting another rebuild after a disastrous campaign under Carroll.
