Aaron Rodgers has fumed over ‘obsessed’ fans who are trying to identify his mystery wife, branding their behavior ‘f***ing bizarre.’
The 42-year-old, who is currently weighing up his future in the NFL, made his first appearance on the Pat McAfee Show for close to a year on Wednesday after staying away and focusing on his football throughout the 2025 season.
During his return to the show, Rodgers expressed his frustration with the frenzy over his wife’s identity, having kept it private since announcing he was married in 2025.
‘The obsession is f***ing bizarre, that’s the only way to put it,’ he said. ‘The obsession is really bizarre. You guys know, you laughed about this many times, you showed pictures of it… we’re not living at the beach anymore.
‘Part of it is, I have legitimate stalkers. I don’t say that lightly or flippantly, I’ve been getting stalked at my house for a year and a half, stalked at the coffee shop, at the gym at Pro Active. The paparazzi was flying drones over my house, I’ve learned that it’s had a bounty on getting a picture of my wife, which I think is very bizarre as well.
‘I understand the attention that comes with somebody that’s accomplished what I’ve accomplished, so in no way am I making this a “woe is me”. But when it comes to your personal safety, it’s not just me… it’s me and her, and it’s really f***ing bizarre.’

The quarterback stunned fans when he unveiled a wedding band on his finger last summer
Rodgers married an unknown bride during last year’s offseason, before setting the internet ablaze when he turned up at Pittsburgh Steelers training camp with a wedding band on his finger.
During a conversation with McAfee in December, the Super Bowl winner revealed that his wife’s name was ‘Brittani with an I’ but kept any further details under wraps.
‘When we met back in 2017, I know there was something crazy special about this, and I wanted to be with her,’ he added. ‘She would make funny comments like, “I would never live in Green Bay”, and “I don’t want to be a players’ wife”.
‘She’s just not a public person. Then she moved back across the pond and I got myself into crazy town.’
Rodgers went on to allege that certain members of his inner circle even passed on private information to the media.
‘I was with individuals who called the paparazzi, who leaked where I was living, who coerced me to make Instagram posts, I never really wanted to live a public life. If you look at the saga with my family for years, that was one-sided. They were taking shots in the media and I never really said anything until it got to the point that I was like, “enough is enough”.
‘I don’t post on X, I’m not a social media guy any more, so I only know all this stuff because of my sweet sister Mia.’
